Plans

One plan, shaped to your institution

Cosmos is offered as a single institutional engagement, scoped to your programmes, your teams, and your accreditation timeline. No tiers to decode; a conversation instead.

Won by the founding team: the National Education Award (2023).

The engagement

What an engagement includes

Every institution gets the same platform and the same team. Scope is what varies, and it's shaped with you.

Cosmos for your institution

A curriculum-intelligence engagement, from a first pilot to institution-wide use

Engagements are shaped around three things: your institution's size, your programme count, and how far you want to take Cosmos.

Stated in full, in writing, before you commit.

  • Platform

Full Cosmos access for programme leads, quality assurance, and teaching teams

  • Onboarding

Your curriculum modelled as a network, starting from the documents you already have

  • The team

Direct involvement from the research team behind the method

  • Scope

Start with one programme, a faculty, or the whole institution

  • Pricing

Scoped with you, customer to customer, not read off a list

Request a demo

A conversation first, scoping starts only when you're ready.

Scoping

What determines scope

Three things shape an engagement. None of them are hidden variables; they're the first things we'll ask about.

Institution size

How many faculties and departments take part, and how many people will work in Cosmos.

Programme count

Whether Cosmos models one programme or your whole portfolio, and how complex those programmes are.

Ambition

A contained pilot to prove the approach in one programme, or curriculum visibility across the institution from the start.

The honest answer

Why there's no price list

At this stage, Cosmos is priced customer to customer. A three-programme pilot and an institution-wide rollout are not the same engagement, and one public number would misrepresent both.

What we can be transparent about is the process. Before you commit to anything, you'll have a written proposal stating what the engagement includes and what it costs: all of it. Nothing is added later that you didn't see there.

And the comparison that matters isn't between tiers. It's between an engagement and what the current way of working already costs in time: accreditation evidence assembled by hand over weeks, every cycle, and programme reform that runs for years because nobody can see the whole structure at once.

How it starts

From demo to proposal

Three steps, at your institution's pace.

01

Request a demo

See Cosmos working on real programme structures, and put your hardest questions to the team that built it.

02

Scope it together

We map your institution's size, programmes, and ambition, and where a pilot or a wider rollout would start.

03

Receive a written proposal

One document stating what the engagement includes and what it costs. You decide from there, no obligation attached.
